How Does It Work?
1. Print a barcode on your archiving documents using SmartPrinter or other barcode software.
2. Have the customer sign the document.
3. Scan the document.
4. While scanning, or from PDF or TIFF files, Smadar will "read" the barcode and archive the document according to the barcode fields.
5. When you need the document, simply open the Smadar client and search according to any of the fields (or any combination of fields).
6. Read, print, fax an email the document directly from Smadar.
(*) During the scan, you can digitally sign the document. Digitally signed documents cannot be changed and have the legal status of "original" documents. This enables you to shred the physical document and do away with paper archives forever.
